We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Team Leader for our facility located in Bridge of Weir, Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to support the production process and ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. You will oversee project management initiatives, facilitate the development of engineering solutions, and promote continuous improvement within the engineering department. Your leadership will be critical to driving technical excellence and fostering a collaborative team environment.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience in an Engineering Team Leader position.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
