
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in Bridge of Weir, Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting safe working practices, and providing expert guidance to our staff. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement robust health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and deliver training programs. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a culture of safety within the organisation, ensuring that our employees work in a safe environment.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver health and safety training.
- Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments.
- Educational qualifications related to health and safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
