We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Supervisor for our Raw Materials team based in Seedhill, Paisley. In this role, you will support the Operations Manager to ensure the safety and efficiency of day-to-day production, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) while meeting customer demands. You will manage the scheduling of materials through each stage of operation, provide guidance and coaching to the team, and uphold our commitment to quality and compliance in every aspect of production.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive knowledge of raw hides and skins.
- Proven ability to grade hides and skins confidently.
- Strong leadership skills in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience with operational metrics and managing KPIs.
- Knowledge of health and safety/environmental requirements.
- Results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
- Competent IT skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
