We are seeking a dedicated Leather Worker to join our great team based in Bridge of Weir, Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective processing of hides through our Bauce machines. Your main duties will include spreading hides evenly, minimizing creasing, and maintaining moisture levels according to customer specifications. You will also be required to perform some maintenance for the machinery and support other tannery operations as needed. No prior experience required, full training will be provided.
