We are seeking a dedicated Leather Worker specialising in Crust Drums to join our team in Glasgow. In this role, you will be instrumental in softening and rehydrating hides in preparation for subsequent manufacturing processes. Working either independently or in pairs, your responsibilities will include loading and unloading crust hides in batches while ensuring the quality of the output consistently meets customer expectations. You will play a proactive role in promoting Health and Safety standards, contributing to our commitment to 'Zero Tolerance' health and safety initiatives.
