Step into a role where engineering drives performance. Take ownership of how our processes run, evolve, and improve — helping shape a manufacturing environment that’s smarter, safer, and consistently improving.
Right now, we’re on a journey. We’re building a culture where safety isn’t a checklist — it’s how we work, every day. Where processes don’t just run — they perform, improve, and evolve. Problems aren’t worked around — they’re understood and solved at the root. Continuous improvement isn’t a project — it’s part of everything we do. This is where you come in.
In this role you will:
- Support and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across production
- Analyse process and product performance using data and engineering tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, driving measurable operational gains
- Carry out root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
- Identify risks to processes or equipment and implement proactive solutions
- Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and technical teams to optimise performance
- Support the introduction, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and processes
- Contribute to the design and development of new or improved manufacturing systems
You’ll bring:
- Experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing environment
- A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process optimisation
- The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and drive improvements
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- An engineering qualification (HND, degree or equivalent experience)
- Experience with validation, process control or engineering tools (desirable)
The impact you will have:
You’ll play a key role in improving how our manufacturing processes perform — making them more stable, more efficient, and more reliable.
By combining data, engineering insight, and continuous improvement thinking, you’ll help move our operation forward — reducing risk, solving problems at the root, and enabling consistent, high-quality output across production.
Your work will directly influence operational performance, process capability, and how we continue to evolve as a manufacturing business.
What’s in it for you:
You’ll benefit from a comprehensive rewards package designed to support your wellbeing, financial security, and career development. This includes a company pension, life assurance, company sick pay, enhanced annual leave that increases with service, and access to a health and wellbeing programme alongside an Employee Assistance Programme with private GP services. You’ll also have opportunities to grow through coaching, training, and development support, plus practical perks such as cycle to work and electric vehicle schemes, free on-site parking, and access to a range of retail discounts.
We believe our strength comes from our people. We value diversity, encourage development, and create an environment where everyone can thrive.
If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you.
