You’ll be at the centre of engineering operations—translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, effective processes that keep our facilities compliant, efficient, and audit-ready. • Identify and mitigate compliance risks across equipment and processes

  • Ensure preventive maintenance programmes meet compliance requirements

  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance insights

  • Oversee contractor compliance and coordination

  • Support training and competency in engineering compliance

You’re someone who sees beyond compliance—you see the bigger picture.

  • You have experience managing audits and delivering corrective actions

  • You are able to develop and maintain engineering procedures and documentation

  • You have proven skills in identifying and mitigating compliance risks

  • You have a solid understanding of preventive maintenance and compliance systems (CMMS)
