Senior Compliance Engineer – Driving Standards, Safety & Excellence

In this role you will:

Lead compliance with engineering regulations, standards, and ISO systems

Manage internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed

Maintain engineering procedures, documentation, and asset records

Identify and mitigate compliance risks across equipment and processes

Ensure preventive maintenance programmes meet compliance requirements

Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance insights

Oversee contractor compliance and coordination

Support training and competency in engineering compliance

You will bring strong knowledge of engineering regulations, standards, and ISO systems

You have experience managing audits and delivering corrective actions

You are able to develop and maintain engineering procedures and documentation

You have proven skills in identifying and mitigating compliance risks

You have a solid understanding of preventive maintenance and compliance systems (CMMS)

You demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, using data to drive performance

You bring experience coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance standards

You can support training initiatives and build competency within engineering teams
